Welcome to LaLaRef. By accessing our website (www.lalaref.com) or using our basketball referee booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using our website and services immediately.
LaLaRef 急單王是一個專注於香港籃球球證預訂的服務平台，提供以下服務：
LaLaRef is a basketball referee booking platform in Hong Kong, providing: private match referees, private league referees, school tournament referees, corporate event referees, same-day urgent bookings, one-stop event services (scoring, photography, videography), and basketball coaching.
客戶可透過以下方式提交預訂：
提交預訂請求後，我們的團隊會盡快回覆確認。預訂在我們發出確認訊息後方為正式成立。
客戶有責任提供準確的比賽資料，包括但不限於：比賽日期、時間、場地、比賽形式（5x5 或 3x3）及球證數量。如因客戶提供錯誤資料而導致服務無法正常進行，本平台概不負責。
Customers may book via our website form or WhatsApp (8482 8484). Bookings are confirmed only after we send a confirmation message. Customers are responsible for providing accurate match details.
我們接受以下付款方式：
客戶須在比賽前完成付款，除非另有協議。
Payment via PayMe or FPS before the match unless otherwise agreed.
如需更改比賽日期、時間或場地，請盡早透過 WhatsApp 通知我們。我們會盡力配合，但不保證所有更改均可安排。
如因不可抗力因素（如惡劣天氣、場地關閉等）導致服務無法進行，我們會與客戶協商改期或全額退款。
Changes subject to availability. Force majeure cancellations will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
LaLaRef 承諾提供以下服務標準：
如客戶對球證的服務有任何不滿，請在比賽後 48 小時內透過 WhatsApp 向我們反映，我們會認真跟進處理。
All referees are licensed professionals who arrive on time, officiate fairly, wear proper attire, and follow FIBA rules. Complaints should be submitted within 48 hours after the match.
在法律允許的最大範圍內：
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaLaRef is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, referee decisions, or third-party disruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

Users must not provide false information, harass staff or referees, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or use the site for illegal purposes. Violations may result in service termination.
